With weed having been legalized in some states, what's next to become legal?

  1. Prostitution

  2. MDMA is making good progress recently being approved for trials to combat PTSD. Full legalization is a long way off, but medicinal MDMA might be in the relatively near future.

  4. I think psychedelics like lysergic acid and psilocybin, as well as entactenogens like MDMA will echo cannabis with regard to legalization. It's taken 50 years, but the scientific community has started giving those drugs serious consideration for the treatment of anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I think we'll see states open up access to them the same way they did with cannabis; through doctors issuing recommendations and specifically licensed facilities that can cater only to people with those recommendations. Once people accept that treating mental illness improves (rather than destroys) civilization, the laws will relax, opening up access to a wider range of patients. And then on to full legalization, less because it's helpful, and more because it's a source of taxable revenue to the municipalities offering access.

  6. Online poker! States are going to realize how much tax money they can bring in. And probably hookers.

  7. Psilocybin mushrooms. They occur naturally, are not too terribly bad for you, and may actually have some medical use.

  8. Molly and Mushrooms i think are being researched now for 'medicinal' purposes. I mean, I agree they have some great mental health benefits buts lets be real about why people want this shit legalized.

  9. Apparently Ketamine, because it helps with depression. In other non related news I think I am coming down with a little depression.
