Prisoners of reddit, what's something you would have to be in prison to understand?


  1. That if you don't have money on your books then expect to be hungry all the time. Hungry= angry for most inmates. They either steal or are constantly on a hustle to eat more. That was my experience anyways. And the sound! Jesus, nothing prepares you for being locked up with a bunch of people in such a relatively small area. Someone always getting loud at all hours of the day/night.
