What's a movie you loved, but you only watched once?

  1. Schindler’s List
    — -917-

  2. If you count documentaries, Dear Zachary was the best movie I never want to watch again. The way the creator's intentions for the film change over time as the story develops in real life is absolutely chilling and heartbreaking.

  3. I feel like Old Boy wouldn't have the same effect on me the second time, but damn that's a good movie

  4. Requiem for a Dream. It's a good movie but just so depressing, I never want to see it again.
    — Doctor-Amazing

  5. Train spotting. I can only feel that hopeless so often.
    — ADillPickle

  6. The Green Mile. Never again. Never. Ever.

  7. Grave of The Fire Flies. It is very good, but I will not watch that again.
    — dingu-malingu

  8. Seeking A Friend For the End of the World. It was really good and parts were a lot of fun, but it absolutely destroyed me.
    — rubywings

  9. The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford. A very well-crafted film, but it requires a long sit down for you to be able to focus on it properly, because it's quite long

  10. Memento. I know it begs for multiple viewings, but I got the sense that you could only ever get that *feeling* once.
    — PunkShocker

  11. Life is Beautiful. I don't think I would survive another viewing.
    — NerdAtSea

  12. Mary and Max. I loved the story and the claymation used in an adult film. It just left with such a bitter sweet note. I don't think I can watch that again.
    — NoWayBirdBrains

  13. Swiss army man

  14. We Need to Talk About Kevin. That film was great but I'm fine never seeing it again.
