What's something you think is extremely overrated?

  1. **Reddit AMA's.** Back like 7 years ago they were awesome. Mostly impromptu, real and genuine. Now famous people only use AMA's to promote a new movie, cd, show or book.

  4. Superbowl ads. I swear every year there is all this hype but they haven't been great in decades.

  5. Hollywood. Far from being the glitzy and glamorous area it is thought to be in the popular imagination, the Boulevard and its Walk of Fame is dirty, rundown, overrun with annoying vendors and hobos, and reeks of urine.

  7. New Yorker here. This one is a bit specific, but the rainbow bagel is definitely overrated. I used to work around the corner of the bagel store for approximately 5 years. Hardly anyone cared for the rainbow bagel when it came out due to better options such as the banana pudding bagel, tres leche bagel, and really unique flavors of cream cheese etc. Then the bagel store was shown on the food network. Approximately 2 weeks later, prices went up about $1 on everything, then another $. 75 cents, and finally the rainbow bagel came out again. I stopped going to the store to get breakfast because it got too expensive, and the lines were just crazy.
