Millennials of reddit, what's the most stereotype you're sick of hearing about millennials?

  1. I'm not sick of hearing about it, but a lot of people are talking about how we're killing industries left and right and it always makes me laugh.
    — Serendone

  2. I'm just sick of hearing the word "Millenials" at this point haha
    — secretraisinman

  3. My dad loves to say "Milennials don't like working!" so I asked him why he doesn't hire any kids in that age range and he said "Well, I want people with experience."

  4. I can't afford a house, no. But this is because there is no structure big enough to display all of my participation trophies.
    — strawcat00

  5. I just hate that the term spans so many ages. I've heard ten years old and thirty year old be called millenials. I'm 20,i have nothing in common with a 10 or a 30 year old, it makes no sense to lump us together
    — Boilem

  6. That millenials are young. A millenial is basically anyone born after 1980. The oldest millenials are *37* (Edit- after 2000 is generally considered "Generation Z.")
    — beetnemesis

  7. That we keep "killing" industries. You wanted a free market!
    — FakeTradie

  8. That I don't own a house because my expectations are too high. No. If a 2 bedroom apartment 45 minutes from the CBD costs over 1million AUD, it's not my expectations that are screwed up.
