What is something that actually offends you?
- People treating me like I'm a low achieving idiot because im working in a pizza shop. People have actually said to their kids in front of me, "make sure to go to college so you don't end up working here when you're older"
I work here to PAY for my college you bitch
— WOT_IF_UR_LEGS
- Accusing me of being in the wrong when it is you who screwed up.
— hawkmoon77
- People messing with others who can't defend themselves
— Tree_Shaun
- People who try to tell me what my chronic illness restricts me from doing.
I can fucking eat sugar its not gonna kill me
Edit: going to sleep soon, so if anyone wonders, its type one diabetes
— haegla
- When people are disrespected based on their job title (ie dishwashers, construction workers, fry cooks, etc)
— cheekyrab
- Littering. No need and such a selfish/childish attitude that somebody else will tidy up your mess.
— odkfn
- People not respecting other peoples time.
— snotnboss
- People who cannot be honest with you - specifically when you know they are lying to your face.
— shanistasia93
- People who get extremely picky and send back food or drinks with hopes of getting a discounted/free tab.
Bonus points if they finish everything before asking for a refund.
I've seen it happen so much after 11 years in the service industry. If your order is incorrect it's totally fine to do this and I won't be upset about remaking your order but if it's a bullshit complaint I will be a rage volcano inside.

- If I'm trying to have a discussion/debate with someone and they use (either with malicious purpose or honest emotion) being "offended" as a tool in which to gain either the moral high-ground, derail our current talking point or just to shut down a debate on any given topic.
— hello-this-is-gary
- Being accused of something I didn't do, and being called a liar when I'm telling the truth
— goochus
- People who say they can't be racist because they aren't white
— Funnycomicsansdog
- People who abuse/mistreat animals or use them as if they are temporary accessories. I regularly volunteer at my local Humane Society and the condition many animals are brought to us in is absolutely heartbreaking. Cats and dogs want nothing more than to be loved and have no defense against abusive or negligent situations.
