In Interstellar, after they get off the water planet having been there only an hour or so, decades have passed on earth(an hour on the water planet is relative to like a decade or something on earth) and he is watching the videos sent to him by his kids and seeing them literally outgrow him in a matter of minutes from video to video. Him knowing he just missed both of his children growing up in a matter of hours.
