Why hasn't Anonymous, likely best suited for the task, declared war on those who oppose Net Neutrality?

  1. They are pretty much past their prime. They have shattered into different groups with differing goal and tactics
    — verepaine

  2. Because it would be counterproductive, therefore giving ISPs even more of a reason to fight against NN. That and people really think Anonymous is some organized militia when in reality anybody can be in Anonymous just by taking up the banner...of being anonymous. People can join as fast as they can quit, since that's quite literally the definition of anonymity (being a person indistinguishable from the next).

  3. Anonymous isn't exactly the most serious/imposing group online or at least not taken as such
    — IDeliverToPMME_Users

  4. Because Anoymous is dead. Only dorky weebs who try to dox people are left.
    — Emperor_Aurelian

  5. I think the organization has slowly died because there are too many individuals saying they're part of it and making claims as if they speak for the organization when really they just want to be edgy or feel important. Because of that it's not taken seriously anymore and now it's seen as more of a joke sadly.

  6. Declaring war on something is a good way to get caught waging war on something.
