1. The news anchor held up my baby picture on WBZ Boston, where my dad worked, a week after I was born because some actress (not my mom) had had a baby that day. The weird thing was the anchor even said "this isn't her baby, I don't know why I'm showing you this"

8. I went to high school with a set of twins who played the baby in the movie Mr. Mom with Michael Keaton. They were pretty normal teenagers, one of them was a cheerleader and the other one was sorta tomboyish. Nobody would ever know they'd been in a movie unless told. By that time Mr. Mom was already pretty old, so only no lifes like me cared about it. My best friend went to an all boys high school and one of his classmates was the black kid from Hanging with Mr. Cooper. I met him once, he was a pretty normal kid and most people didn't make the connection unless told.

9. Not a movie or TV, but I was a child model. For only two days. I was recruited from a day camp in Westchester County, NY. Day 1, (this was 1975 or so) I measured the shadow of a buxom blonde in a bikini on the sand at the shore; it was for a math book. I was using this weird thing called a "meter stick." Day 2, they took pictures of me eating a salad for a health book. I hated tomatoes with a passion then, and refused to put it in my mouth, alleging that I was allergic to them. I guess I was a diva too difficult to work with, because I never got called again. Made $500, which my mother put into my alleged "college fund" and I never saw it again.
