12. People talking/yelling loudly on their phone and/or use speakerphone in public areas and businesses. I want to get rid of this one asshole who has ruined a pleasant 30 minutes of eating lunch multiple times for me by coming into a place I frequent, talking very loudly "WHAT? I CAN'T HEAR YOU" "MY SIGNAL IN HERE SUCKS" and goes on like this for 5-10 minutes. That fucking dumbass just needs to walk 10 feet out the door so he can get signal and not disturb me.

14. This technically IS illegal in my state, but it's not enforced nearly enough. When people drive slowly in the fast lane the same speed as someone in the slow lane so no one can pass and they create a huge chain behind them. My wife calls this "parading".
