Did I mention that Zuko's grandfather wanted to execute Zuko just to teach his father a lesson about grabbing power? I should also mention that said grandfather was poisoned by Zuko's parents, leading to his mother (the good parent) being exiled. Oh, and Zuko's trademark scar? His dad hated his guts when the poor kid spoke up against a high-ranking general's plan to sacrifice a bunch of new recruits as bait to lure an enemy army into defeat at the hands of more seasoned soldiers.
