How do clothes become part of a ghost?

  1. Ghosts, at least (and hopefully just) in fiction, are usually projections of their self-perceived selves. They will be dressed up as they would be if they were still alive. Then again, I’m just going by the logic of “The Others” (great film, btw)

  2. They don't but you really don't wanna see a naked ghost do you?

  3. Ghosts get a customise character option when they first die as a human being.

  4. No explanation how. It's just not comfortable to see ol' Gramps roaming with his spectral dick and balls flopping around.

  5. You ever see an old pacman arcade cabinet where there is the burned in pacman at his starting position? That's how ghosts work. They are an after image of an intense life. Source: I'm a ghostologist with a masters in postcolonial spookistry

  6. It's just how people perceive them. If ghosts were real, I think we'd see a lot more of them, especially in animal and insect form. Ever hear of a house that's haunted by a fly that someone once swatted?

  7. Show me a photo of a ghost with clothes on and we'll discuss. I've only seen nude ghosts.

  8. It ties into their percieved identity. Think like anakin being his normal self in rotj.
