In your opinion, what is the greatest movie scene?
- Near the end of The Godfather, where Don Corleone is playing with his grandson.
That's who he really was, that's what he cared about most, just being a grandpa to the family he loved. He was established as an intimidating mafia kingpin, able to have you and everyone you know killed with just a word to his hitmen. But that wasn't what he really lived for, that wasn't what he loved.
It's a classic movie that really lives up to the hype

- Probably not the best, but one of my personal favs is the introduction of Captain Jack Sparrow. Just confidently sailing his sinking ship into Port Royal.

- Funny how?

- Probably cheesy, but for me, or at least the one that had the most impact on me as a kid, was the scene in Terminator 2 when John is getting rid of the rest of the old Terminator parts (the arm, the CPU), and the T-800 then says that there's one final thing to destroy, and points to himself. John begins to cry and he wipes John's tears and says that he finally understands the reason people cry, but tells him that it's something he can never do. Watching Sarah lower him into the molten steel and seeing his "thumbs up" at the end was just really sad for me.

- Andy Dufresne standing in the rain after his escape from Shawshank.

- I'm torn between Rohan riding into the battle of the Pelennor fields and Gandalf telling Pippin about the "white shores, and beyond a far green country under a swift sunrise."
Both scenes are so perfect. The music, the acting, the writing... gives me chills just thinking about it.

- The opening scene in Saving Private Ryan. It was so real that most WWII veteran viewers had to leave the theatre.
That, and *[SPOILER FOR SPR]* Wade the medic's death. Sobbing, calling for his mom, screaming that he doesn't wanna die. That shit hit me too fucking hard.

- The T-Rex scene in Jurassic Park.

- "I need a hero" wedding scene from shrek 2

- The fight between the Black Knight and King Arthur in Monty Python and the Holy Grail is the best. "It's just a flesh wound."

- Children of Men, continuous scene where they move through the refugee ghetto. Honestly, I could not look away for that entire scene.

- Do you like Huey Lewis and the News?

- Jokers interrogation in the dark knight. Batmans just at his most brutal and the acting is top notch even considering heath ledger told christian bale to actually hit him.

- Duel between Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker at the end of Empire Strikes Back.
Climactic confrontation between good and evil, amazing cinematography with the smoke to just show the silhouettes and lightsabers, and of course the incredible reveal at the end where the hero loses.

- My favorite scene of all time is from The Matrix: when Neo realizes that he is the one, stops bullets and picks one up.
