- As a trucker, I've been to all but about 7 states: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Alaska and Hawaii.
Out of everywhere I've been, I no longer go willingly into Louisiana.
Edit: Seems there's some confusion. I have not been to the states listed in my opening. I have been to the other 43 though.

- Mississippi - is worst hands down.
- The state is worst in education.
- It is the poorest.
- It is the fattest.
- It has the worst life expectancy.
- It has the worst infant mortality.
- It has terrible weather all year.
- It's um-not-technology-or-art-oriented. Mississippi's neighbor, Alabama, at least has Huntsville full of rocket scientists and Muscle Shoals full of musicians. What does Mississippi have that any other state would want?
Here's a list of good things about Mississippi: https://www.50states.com/facts/mississippi.htm There hasn't been anything of note in 100 years with the exception of a pioneering transplant doctor in the 1960s, and that guy was from Alabama.
The stereotypes about Mississippi are sadly true.

- Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan are whistling a happy tune knowing they're pretty safe.
What are you gonna do, call us boring? Oh no, my feelings!
I'll be on the lake.

- Mississippi
This isn't even a question open to debate. They rank near the bottom in everything
