What does bullying look like in adulthood?
- As an adult, I see it sometimes referred to as "office politics".

- Your coworker taking your sandwich from the fridge is like the school bully taking your lunch.

- You tell me, nerd.

- It has a lot of similar elements with childhood bullying honestly. Leaving out or ignoring a specific person intentionally because you or your group doesn't want them around, while still stringing them along for fun. Mocking others because they don't have as good of skills/house/car/job/essentially anything.

- It's pretty much the same as when you're younger but it tends to be much more subtle.
-There's a lot of talking behind your back but being your friend to your face.
-Passive aggression and word twisting.
-Unvitations. Inviting someone to something at the very last minute in hopes they don't show.
-Use of power especially in the workplace.
-Exclusion of those who haven't been keeping up with the Jones'
I find adulthood to be very cliquey. It's probably one of the main reasons it's difficult to make friends. Lot's of adults are quite fragile and seem to develop a sense of superiority mainly because of age, however most adults are actually quite unstable and teetering on the edge of depression or a meltdown at any moment.

- Very similar, actually. Only difference is instead of teachers and parents there are bosses and police to run to, and they often don't care.

- Passive-Aggressiveness
If you want to yell at someone, yell at them. Get that shit out in the open so you can deal with it.
